My Daily Breakfast!




Here is my recipe for my daily BeachBody Shakeology!  It's only 5 Weight Watcher Points (3 points from the shake, 1 point from the almond milk, and 1 point from the 1 tablespoon of PB Fit)!



Grace was so tickled with herself when she saw this "life hack" on a youtube video and then I actually did it!



Frozen strawberries! I also add a banana and pineapples!


Cup of Almond Milk. I tried putting the almond milk in the ice cube trays and that was a complete fail as I could not get the blasted ice cubes to come out of the tray!


One Tablespoon of the PB fit for some protein!


One scoop of the yummy "Daily Dose of Dense Nutrition"!


The end product! It's so yum!!
