A few years ago my friend Rebecca was telling me about her journey with dōTERRA and how much she loved the essential oils and defuser and the daily vitamins. I didn't think much of it until my daughter came home from school with lice. Yuck. The dreaded lice. Here are some of the products I am currently using. Most everyone is familiar with the
essentials oils and diffusers that can be purchased through dōTERRA, so I wanted to
highlight some of the other products I use on a daily basis.
Rebecca introduced me to the dōTERRA Lifelong Vitality Pack .
The recommended amount is twice a day, but I take it once a day to spread the wealth!
I also take the PB Assist®+ Probiotic Defense Formula and the
dōTERRA On Guard®+ Softgels Protective Blend daily. I do feel better. Is it from
these particular supplements? Maybe. I had two doctors review the ingredients and
got their seal of approval. Honestly, I am doing a wide range of "good for me" things that
there is no way to pinpoint if it is anything one thing in particular that is making me feel
good.Undoubtedly, its a combination of all my efforts. I can say I haven't gotten sick, sick
in quite some time.
dōTERRA recently released on essential oil rolls on that I LOVE! They all smell so good
and each is different! Below is a sample. Peace is my favorite as it smells like trees!
