For whatever reason, unbeknownst to me, the patch program document itself is not available on the site but you can order the patch set for $14, which is actually quite reasonable. Of course, I read about Rosa Parks from the super amazing Good Night Rebel Girls book. Rosa is on Page 166.
The patch program document does provide amazing suggestions to teach the girls about Rosa Parks and segregation, but with my girls aging from 5-12, I decided to take another approach. After reading the story of Rosa Parks, and happily almost ALL my girls were familiar with her story, I gave the girls a set of printouts to complete.

The patch program booklet is free and can be requested through this website: http://www.bdgsc.org/patchprograms, and they'll send you the link to the PDF of the booklet. Here's why they don't just publish the link: "To help us collect information about which troops are using the program and how many girls are participating, we ask that you do not share this link. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter."
