Camp Invention!

The girls have attended Camp Invention for the last 3 summers and it is great!

National Inventors Hall of Fame sponsors Camp Invention which includes a lot of STEM activities all centered around invention!

The camp is held at a local area school Monday through Friday from 9-330PM. This is a nation wide camp so definitely check out one in your community! The camps are run by local teachers and have middle and high school students that assist as counselors in training.

This summer the curriculum was MOD MY MINI MANSION™, OPTIBOT™, ROBOTIC PET VET™, and STICK TO IT™.

The girls always enjoy the hands on learning and experimenting with the materials! Every year they come home with gadgets from their week of inventing!

 

I feel the price of the camp matches the value. The girls are in a supportive environment where they are encouraged to think creatively to solve problems.
