Sunday the girls attended their very first aerial yoga class with The Little Yoga House!
We discovered this amazing place thanks to taking a workshop at the We Are Girls conference hosted by Girls Empowerment Network.
Which if you have young ladies in the Austin or Houston area, I highly encourage you to take the girls to this conference!
Caroline, in typical monkey fashion, seemed to really take to the aerial yoga!
My sweet love child, Grace, whom was more interested, because she wants to build upper body strength to develop her skills at Austin Ninjas, struggled a smidge.
We highly recommend The Little Yoga House and will definitely be back again! Go check it out!
